Event Traffic Planning is at the core of Enki portfolio of services and includes the design of Security Plan, Emergency Plan, Alternative Plan, VIP Plan and Awareness/Communication plan. Event planning extends Enki’s portfolio of services to the Design of Signage, Disabled parking, VIP parking, Car parking area, Pedestrian access, Entry and Exit points, Road closures, Alternative transport, taxi, Park & Ride services (especially at peak times pre and post-event).

Enki is always aware of the needs of the local community before, during and after an event, so we always take care of the Public Awareness to minimize the impact to local residents, local businesses and those bypassing the event. Clear communication plans are always put in place for those likely to be affected, especially for unavoidable measures required for safety reasons (e.g. a road closure for circuits) that may have a significant impact.
